DLR was formed in 2022, but Darius Rubin, Luca Clavarino and Daniele Angelini had been playing together for a year before then at underground parties in Manhattan and Brooklyn under different aliases such as 3.Dix, and their own individual identities. Each member is a DJ in their own right, honing their sounds in different venues and settings across the UK, Italy.
